[প্ৰায়ে এটা কথা মানুহ ৰ মুখে মুখে শুনিবলৈ পাওঁ যে গোৱালা জাতীয় কিছু সাপে গৰুৰ ভৰিত মেৰিয়াই ধৰি গৰুৰ গাখীৰ চুপি খায় আৰু আচৰিত কথাটো হ'ল যে আমাৰ বহু শিক্ষিত মানুহো সাপে গাখীৰ খোৱাটো বিশ্বাস কৰে। সাপে পিছে কেতিয়াও গাখীৰ নাখায়,সাপৰ মুখৰ গঠন আৰু তাৰ হাওঁফাওঁ গাখীৰ চুপি খোৱাৰ বাবে উপযোগী নহয়। যিকোনো প্ৰাণীৰ গাখীৰ চুপি খোৱাৰ বাবে এক উল্লেখনীয় ভূমিকা আছে লাহি ফটা জিভাৰে সাপৰ বাবে গাখীৰ চুপি খোৱা সম্ভৱ নহয়]
