Kaziranga National Park Safari,
Kaziranga National Park offers two special safaris, such as
the Hathi Safari and Jeep Safari, which provides a comprehensive view of the
forest of Kaziranga National Park.
1. Safari of Elephant
An elephant ride through the jungle of Kaziranga National
Park will give you a better view of rhinos and other wildlife. Elephant Safari
is organized twice a day (morning and evening) by the forest department.
Elephant Safari once allowed only four tourists and a
mahout. Safari fees include riding fees and entry fees.
The camera fee is
optional and you need to pay on the move. To take an elephant ride, be on a
pick-up point through a jeep. You will return the same way.

To avoid trouble during the last minute, elephant safari
should be booked in advance. Priority has been given to western range (Bagori)
so that Indian can see one horned rhinoceros. In addition to watching the

2. Jeep Safari
Jeep Safari can enjoy jeep safaris in Kaziranga, like any
other Tiger Reserve or wildlife sanctuaries. The Forest Department arranges two
shifts of Jeep Safari for its visitors. Jeep is allowed to carry 6 persons at a
time. Jeep Safari Elephant can cover larger area than Safari. Jeep Safari can
be booked at the nearby headquarter headquarters.

Enjoy the Elephant Safari at Kaziranga Range, Kohora from
05:30 to 07:30 or from 15:00 to 16:00 in the afternoon
You can enjoy riding on elephant's back in Eastern Range,
Agartoli from 05:30 AM to 07:30 PM or from 15:00 to 16:00 in the evening.
Safari in the morning at the Western range, Bagori starts
from 05:30 to 07:30 and the evening shift begins from 15:00 to 16:00
Take a ride on the back of the elephant in the turmoil
range, roaring from 05:30 to 07:30 or 15:00 to 16:00 in the evening

can change time for safari because they have the right to do so.

A jeep safari can be enjoyed either from 07:00 am to 09:30
or from 13:30 to 15:30 in the afternoon.
How to reach
Kaziranga National Park
Kaziranga National
Park, famous for the rhinoceros, can be reached easily through all the
means of transportation, so tourists from all over the world come in large
numbers every year to park so that the park can experience the exotic forest.
Airways: Nearest
airport for Kaziranga National Park is 96 km away in Jorhat city. Another
airport near the park is in Guwahati, which is 225 kilometers to the west of
Kaziranga. Regular flights operate from these airports, which connect the city
to major cities and major Indian cities.
Railway: The
nearest railway station, Kaziranga, is 80 km away from Furqing east. It is
connected by trains from the world and all major cities of the country. One of
the nearest major railway stations in the city is Guwahati Railway Station.
